The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) has officially granted an investment banking license to D and T Ethiopia Management Consulting PLC. Under the new license, D and T Ethiopia is authorized to provide a range of investment banking services, including the facilitation of corporate mergers and organizational restructuring.
